Welcome to the NetVigia website. These Terms and Conditions of Use and Service
regulate access and use of the website netvigia. en, as well as hiring any services
managed (MSP), web hosting, software licensing and infrastructure provided by
NetVigia – Information Technologies, Lda.. When browsing the site or acquiring any plan, you accept
fully present terms.

Na NetVigia – Information Technologies, Lda., privacy and data security are not only legal obligations, they are the basis of the cybersecurity services we provide. This page serves as a direct and simplified channel for you to understand and exercise all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).

|1. NetVigia Compliance Commitment

We guarantee that all personal data processed within our managed IT services (MSP), server monitoring (Uptime Kuma), remote support (Tactic RMM/Action1) and endpoint protection (Bitdefender EDR) are processed lawfully, transparently and strictly limited to contractual and computer security purposes.

|2. Know Your Rights

As a personal data subject, European legislation and Law No 58/2019 in Portugal confer the following fundamental rights:

  • Right of Access: You can request confirmation that your data is being processed and obtain a list of the information we store (such as corporate billing data or technical logs).
  • Right to rectification: You have the right to update or correct inaccurate or outdated information in your Customer Area.
  • Right to Delete ("Right to Forgetfulness"): You may request the final removal of your data when the contract is terminated, provided that there are no legal tax obligations that force us to maintain them (such as invoices issued).
  • Right of Opposition and Limitation: You may object to data processing based on our legitimate interest or request temporary suspension of technical processing of the information.
  • Right to Portability: Request export of your data in a structured and current-use digital format.

|3. How to Exercise Your Rights (Form and Direct Contact)

In order to exercise any of the rights described above, it does not require intermediaries. We have developed a rapid procedure:

  2. In the subject of the email, indicate: "GRDP Rights Exercise – NetVigia".
  3. Our technical and compliance team will respond to your request within a maximum period of 30 days, without any associated cost.

Given the technical nature of our activity as a managed service operator and centralized IT security, if you need further advanced clarifications on database isolation, cloud backup encryption, or integrity of installed RMM agents, you can directly contact our compliance officer via the e-mail indicated in the previous point.

|5. Competent Control Authority

If you consider that NetVigia has not responded adequately to your request or that the processing of your data violates GDPR standards, you are entitled to submit a formal complaint to the national supervisory authority in Portugal:
